On the passing of my mothers partner, we used Norma’s services for a Celebration of Life Ceremony at the Crematorium. Norma met with us prior to the ceremony and was personable, professional, showed great empathy and made the whole process much clearer, answering our many questions. She was keen to personalise the ceremony and seemed genuinely interested in the life of the deceased. The ceremony was perfect on the day and we would not hesitate to recommend Norma’s services.

When a loved one passes away, not only is it a difficult time emotionally, but also mentally, due to the amount of organising involved. Having been recommended Barry Whelan funeral directors to take care of organising the funeral, they then recommended Norma as a celebrant to conduct the service.
Norma came to our house, and spent time listening to our stories, taking lots of notes, and then created a detailed eulogy. On the day of the funeral, everyone commented on what a lovely service it was. On what was such a difficult day, it brought so much comfort to us as a family, knowing that our loved one had been given the beautiful service that she deserved.

As a family we wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Norma for conducting the recent celebration of life ceremony for our beloved wife/mum/gran/great gran Alice. From the moment Norma met with us at home she put us all at ease and guided us through our memories and stories of Alice with a few laughs along the way! We have no idea how she managed to put together the beautiful eulogy from all our ramblings!
The service itself was conducted with warmth and compassion and many of our family & friends commented on how well it was delivered and how it gave such an accurate picture of Alice’s life.
We can’t thank Norma enough for her support and for making a sad time a little easier. We would highly recommend Norma to anyone considering using a celebrant.
